Never in a million years did I think I’d find someone so utterly and completely perfect, someone who would make me happier than I ever dreamed I could be, someone that would touch my life so profoundly and just give me a whole new reason to breathe. But then I found you and realized that everything I anticipated you to be, doesn’t even compare to what you are.
When I look into his eyes, it’s like my whole world is flipped and everything is put into a new perspective. I can do things I never thought I could do I can say things to him that I thought I would never be able to say to anyone before. It’s like I just want to be with him forever, hold him in my arms, kiss him, and tell him how he’s changed me my life and my everything.
I’m a firm believer that sometimes it’s right to do the wrong thing.
‘I love you’ means that I accept you for the person that you are, and that I do not wish to change you into someone else. It means that I will love you and stand by you even through the worst of times. It means loving you when you’re in a bad mood or too tired to do things I want to do. It means loving you when you’re down, not just when you’re fun to be with. I love you means that I know your deepest secrets and do not judge you for them, asking in return only that you do not judge me for mine. It means that I care enough to fight for what we have and that I love you enough not to let go. It means thinking of you, dreaming of you, wanting and needing you constantly, hoping you feel the same way for me.
Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairy tale.
After all the stupid mistakes that you’ve made & after that all of those flaws that you have, I’ve noticed that none of it matters because I truly love you & once you love someone, it doesn’t really matter what you do in life, I will always love you.
Basically I just wanna be the girl he gives his hoodie to wear & cuddles up next to him when it’s cold; I want him to come up behind me & wrap his arms around my waist catch me off guard & whisper, “you look beautiful”.
The more things change, the more they stay the same. I’m not sure who the first person was who said that. Probably Shakespeare. Or maybe Sting. But at the moment, it’s the sentence that best explains my tragic flaw: my inability to change.
